Fellow Atmos Vacuum Canister Matte Black (0.4 L & 0.7 L)
- Guard The Goods - Keep your coffee fresher, longer. Atmos is not like your traditional air tight canisters, which merely seal the air and the contents inside of the canister. Instead, Atmos has an integrated vacuum pump in the lid which actually removes oxygen to keep your coffee from going stale. We recommend using Atmos for storing whole beans.
- Twist To Remove - Twist the lid back and forth to remove air from the inside. The integrated pump means no more hunting down a separate piece. To open the canister, just press down on the button on the top of the lid and hear the air rush back into Atmos as the pressure equalizes
- Vacuum Lock Indicator - Watch the dot drop to reveal a green ring. The vacuum is now locked to prevent oxidation and extend the shelf life of your coffee. The vacuum lock indicator drops once 0.7 atmosphere of pressure has been achieved inside of the canister. If you continue to engage the lid to pull more air out, it can drop down to as low as 0.5 atmosphere
- Easy Release Button - When the contents are calling your name, press the button on the lid to unlock and bring the air pressure back to normal. .4 L canister holds up to 6 oz of coffee beans, .7 L canister holds up to 10 oz of coffee beans, and 1.2 L canister holds up to 16 oz of coffee beans. We measured using light and medium roast coffees. Dark roast coffees are less dense and take up more volume than light and medium roast coffees
- Vacuum Seal Duration - Nothing lasts forever - when left unopened Atmos' seal will keep air out for around a week in-between brews. For daily/weekly use, Atmos will extend your coffee's shelf life up to 50% and prevent unwanted moisture and odors
